14-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping), provided the product packaging is intact.
Return Conditions

Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Include the receipt or order number in the return shipment.

Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return (where noted).
How to Return

We’ll issue a Return Authorization and send you return shipping instructions.

Ship the product following the provided instructions and keep the tracking information until your refund is processed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email 📩 asmariazasmariaz7@gmail.com immediately with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
